Your PT session will last 1 hour and is tailored to your goals and needs.  It also includes a Fit Health assessment at beginning, middle and end of PT block booking.  We offer huge discounts for blocks of 5, 10 and 20 booked sessions. INDIVIDUAL PT SESSION

For individual clients

Your Personal training class will last 1 hour, and your personal trainer will guide you on how to perform exercises correctly and safely.  He or She will monitor your form during your training and correct you if necessary. Your Personal trainer will be passionate and supportive, and will also challenge and motivate you to push yourself further. Your personal trainer will hold you accountable and will create a tailored training programme to suit your needs, abilities and goals.

PARTNER PT SESSION

For 2 clients

As exercise research validates sharing your experiences and having a greater level of accountability is a highly effective way to keep making progress with your fitness training.

If you don’t believe us then why not give training with a friend, family member or partner.  We can help both of you successfully achieve both your short and long-term goals.


To achieve your current training goals  we can privately review your body composition, calorie and fitness targets online at any-time.

GROUP PT SESSIONS

For more than 3 - 6 clients

Our small group personal training sessions which bring 3 – 6 similar minded individuals together to train towards the same goals.  Exercising in a small group also gives you a better training structure, for some it can be more enjoyable as it breaks up the rigour of regularly training on your own.


This in turn can heighten your motivation levels as you subsequently have more accountability and a platform to share your experiences through both inside and outside of each hour session.
